Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 870 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 870 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the 870 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security
To use 870's services in full, you are required to register an account with complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name as shown on a valid identity document, an active phone number, and a strong password. This information will be used for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- 870 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised use to 870.
- You must notify 870 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.
870 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
870 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 870 platform:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the relevant offer.
- Taking any action that may compromise the security or integrity of the 870 platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical operations of the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any account balance linked to the prohibited activity, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 870 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including eWallets and online banking.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. All deposits are subject to the specified minimum limits. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activities on the 870 platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or eWallet used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 870 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
870 shall not be liable for any delays or failed transactions caused by third parties such as banking institutions or eWallet providers. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact 870 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
870 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed reasonable by management. If an account is closed on legitimate grounds, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned to the user once all investigations and reviews have been completed.
Changes to Terms
870 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through the prescribed process. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
